Kent County Show 2012 app for iPhone and iPad

The Kent County Show is the ‘Garden of England’s’ largest outside, food and farming event. With over 600 exhibitors and attractions on offer there is something for the whole family. Taking centre stage is the competition livestock and the agricultural area. Not to be missed are the exciting displays, interactive stands and equine classes. There is always something new and exciting to learn at the Kent County Show.

The Show takes place over three days in July at the County Showground just outside Maidstone and is easily accessible by the M2 and M20 Motorways.

The new App has all the information needed to ‘Plan your Day’ and get the most from this incredibly busy and fun event. The Itinerary App has a day-by-day breakdown of every activity and allows you to find out detailed information about the ‘Featured Events’. Each activity listed has been allocated a category from the following: Displays, Equine, Livestock, Countryside and Woodland and in addition users will be able to search the hundreds of details using tags such as family fun, Show Jumping and music.

You can create your own timetable by selecting the events from the main itinerary, this feature is particularly useful for families who can now timetable their favourites. When you have chosen everything you can simply email the timetable for printing or keep on your mobile device to use during your visit.

In addition to the timetabled activities, displays and events the App has all the visitor information you will need before arriving at the Kent County Show. The app also features details about Trade Stands, Sponsors and links to the online advance ticket line where children can go free when purchasing an adult advance ticket at £17.50.
